Moon Milk is the latest health trend, and a great way to ease yourself into slumber mode! This is an easy to make beverage and doesn't require a ton of pots and utensils.

All you need is:

• 2 cups of Blueberry Lavender Almond Milk (found seasonally at Trader Joes)
• 1 tablespoon of Organic Honey
• 2 drops of Colorado Hemp Oil
• 1 teaspoon of Lavender for garnish (optional)

Start by simmering the Blueberry Lavender Almond milk on medium heat, and whisk in the honey. Next pour into a mug or glass and add CBD oil. Stir and enjoy!
